Most GTM organizations have rapidly experimented with AI solutions, but that doesn’t always correlate to transformation or impact.

According to MIT, 95% of generative AI pilots at companies are failing. Why is that?

Disparate solutions, layered onto existing systems of record, only exacerbate data, team, and system silos that result in a different understanding of “what works” and inconsistent execution across your org. A different understanding of pipeline and deal health, of winning talk tracks and methodologies, of what’s driving results.

You need one AI operating system that brings it all together, that everyone can use to know what's going on, how to act, execute, and then observe and optimize those actions. A unified system that provides visibility, intelligence, and automation, so you can orchestrate better, faster revenue outcomes.

The new updates to the Gong Revenue AI Operating System announced today at Celebrate are designed to provide exactly that, orchestrating your entire GTM organization and unifying teams on what wins.

Get all your revenue data into Gong

Timely, accurate, and comprehensive data — or lack thereof — can ultimately make or break a deal, an initiative roll-out, a correct forecast, you name it. And when your team works across different systems, different agents, they start to quickly develop misaligned sets of information and execution falls apart.

That changes with AI Data Extractor, a new Gong Agent that will unlock new use cases from unstructured data by automatically transforming conversations into structured attributes. It captures customizable, high-value deal and account details from customer interactions, such as decision-maker, next step date, competitor, and use case, and then automatically populates CRM fields. AI Data Extractor works behind the scenes to make your CRM data clean, complete, and trustworthy — all without any manual input from reps. That way, you can take that populated data, run accurate reports, or go run a targeted takeout campaign, for example. Manual becomes automatic, and messy data becomes immediate action.

The ability to take quick and effective action based on connected data is also expanded by Gong’s new support for Model Context Protocol (MCP), which is a simple client–server way for AI and agentic systems to talk to other systems. Our first MCP release makes Gong smarter and faster, bringing external revenue signals into agents like AI Briefer and AI Ask Anything to improve answers and recommendations. It also meets you where you work, letting external AI agents query Gong directly so our trusted revenue insights show up in Microsoft, Salesforce, and more.

AI Data Extractor and our support for Model Context Protocol (MCP) will be rolling out to customers in the following months.

Make better decisions, faster

Make better decisions, faster with Gong AI Ask Anything

With Gong, analyzing messy, unstructured customer interactions is as simple as asking a question.

With the next evolution of AI Ask Anything, you can now ask questions across your entire customer base across all customer conversations. Instead of being limited to a single call, deal, account, or contact, you can use all conversations to uncover insights, retrieve facts, and surface patterns at scale.

Revenue teams can instantly surface insights from thousands of customer interactions, simply by asking a question. The expanded AI Ask Anything pulls from the richest living map of your enterprise revenue data, otherwise known as the Gong Revenue Graph, to know what matters to the business and to revenue teams.

For reps, leaders, and ops alike, this means less time spent chasing data and more time acting on what matters, spotting emerging deal risks, uncovering customer needs, and identifying growth opportunities the moment they appear.

And while the expanded AI Ask Anything helps with quick ad-hoc answers, AI Deep Researcher, a new Gong Agent, can provide more structured reports and handle complex business questions that require in-depth analysis. Most AI solutions today only offer simple chatbot interfaces; this is a multi-step analysis capability.

For example, you can see how new messaging is landing with AI Ask Anything, then use AI Deep Researcher to get a structured report to understand how it's performing in a broader segment and contributing to win/loss metrics.

The expanded AI Ask Anything and AI Deep Researcher will be rolling out to customers in the following months.

Configure and monitor your entire GTM motion in one place

Other systems are held back by CRM’s limits, which can’t properly account for diverse revenue streams. You need a system that adapts to that complexity so forecasts reflect the full picture of the business for org-wide visibility.

Configurable Forecast Boards give your entire revenue organization greater visibility and flexibility, helping teams understand and see all the types of revenue coming in to grow a business. While Gong Forecast has always provided deep insight into new business, you can now build a comprehensive forecast that includes product lines, renewals, consumption models, geographies, and more, across pre-sales, post-sales, or account management.

To ensure every team can effectively address account health and activity, we’re also announcing Account Boards, giving post-sales and account management teams the insight they need to manage their entire customer lifecycle. Account managers can now see the full account context to manage renewals, expansions, and churn with precision, while sales teams focus on net-new opportunities.

Once everyone has that level of visibility on accounts, it's time to report on how things are going. They can use Dashboards, Gong’s centralized analytics experience, to bring together activity, deal, and account data so teams can see performance, spot risks, and take action in their daily workflows.

Dashboards, Gong’s centralized analytics experience

The result is a system that doesn’t just predict outcomes, it explains them. That’s how you give every team the visibility and tools to drive growth and protect revenue.

Configurable Forecast Boards and Account Boards will be coming soon to Gong Forecast customers, and Dashboards will be rolling out to all customers in the following months.

Align strategy and execution, and make it repeatable

Guide your team action in a consistent, efficient, and effective way with Gong Orchestrate

How do you guide your team action in a consistent, efficient, and effective way? To see if your revenue motions are truly scalable, you need to know if they actually worked.

You don’t just need the right information quickly; you need a standardized strategy — that operates autonomously and at scale.

We have programs and solutions — custom plays, methodologies, talk tracks, etc. — already dedicated to providing the “next best step,” but they’re often disconnected from the places where sellers work and littered with inconsistencies.

Gong Orchestrate is an industry-first way to define, execute, and evaluate go-to-market plays all in one place. Gong Orchestrate closes the gap between strategy and execution. You can:

  • Create GTM plays that are fit for the market and actually get adopted
  • Give every team member just-in-time guidance across customers’ buying journey, so they can execute plays with consistency
  • Scale what actually works with analytics to measure adherence, what’s landing in the market, and what’s actually having a business impact

Your next step to a unified revenue strategy

Operating with disconnected solutions and siloed data creates a fragmented understanding of what truly drives revenue, preventing your teams from operating as one cohesive, winning unit.

The enhancements announced today are not separate point solutions; they are foundational upgrades to the singular Gong Revenue AI Operating System, designed to bring intelligence, automation, and visibility together to solve these exact challenges.
