AI Summary

Every year, we recognize the “Outstanding Gongsters” who exemplify our operating principles. This year's winners deserve every purple spotlight we’ll shine on them.

Gong moves fast. We set ambitious goals, and we are able to achieve them through the work of passionate people. We hold ourselves to a high bar for our product, our customers, and each other. This kind of environment only works if our employees genuinely want to be here, and care deeply about the work they do. Every year, we use our Outstanding Gongster program to publicly recognize the Gongsters who embody that mindset. Gongsters can nominate colleagues who live out our eight core operating principles — our playbook at work — every day:

    1. Create Raving Fans.
    2. Want more.
    3. Challenge conventional wisdom.
    4. Win as a team.
    5. Act now.
    6. No sugar.
    7. Favor the long term.
    8. Enjoy the ride.

The result is a list of extraordinary people who are recognized not for their titles or tenure, but for the kind of teammate they choose to be. From engineering to legal to marketing, this year's Outstanding Gongsters span every corner of the company. That's intentional. Our operating principles are a company-wide commitment to how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our customers.

This year, we flew our Outstanding Gongsters to New York City for a few days of celebration: dinner, activities, and quality time with our CEO, Amit Bendov. The capstone was a photoshoot in Times Square, where each winner’s name and face lit up the digital billboard above one of the most iconic intersections in the world.

Ask any one of them, and they’ll tell you that yes, it was exactly as cool as it sounds!
